We would recommend listing the house at $1,345,000 to $1,395,000 which will leave room for buyers to negotiate.
The marketing of your property will involve professional photography of your home/property to be used for collateral purposes, as well as to advertise the property in print and on many electronic/web platforms. Print media will mostly include The East Hampton Star, Hamptons, Purist Magazine, Dan’s Papers and may also be shown in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
