Promotion/Price Plan 2020
Halstead East Hampton would like to continue to work with you to sell your home in East Hampton. While we have recently provided a complete recap of prior activity/statics/promotions, the following will be incorporated with the renewal of your Exclusive Sale with the firm:
Social Media Campaign: while Halstead’s dedicated in-house social media team will continue to curate engaging content (Exhibit A), we are going to create a specific campaign to promote your property on Instagram through our new hashtag account, #halsteadhamptons (Exhibit B, the 25 MH example is dummy copy, FYI)
This “business” Instagram hashtag allows Halstead to create content which we can distribute via a paid advertising campaign to various targeted groups: home buyers in your price point, geo-targeted with specific real-estate metrics and by location just to name a few. Traditionally, these “sponsored” posts reach a consumer up to 3 times during the campaign within a specific time frame (normally 2 to 3 days). We have specifically seen an increase in open house attendance through this program. For more targeting details, please refer to Exhibit C.
New Open House Promotion: while we will of course continue open houses, and as you know we have seen tremendous response to these open houses at your property, we have created a new relationship with the New York Times via the Real Estate section on-line. Every Friday, Halstead will take over the NY Times.com real estate section front. It will take place each non-holiday Friday with ad messages served to 100% of the visitors promoting and clicking off to our Halstead Open Houses (Exhibit D). Your home will be included for the upcoming weekend an open house is scheduled.
