Dear Rich Township Staff,

Following are instructions for our Institute Week, August 17- 21, 2020.

ENTRY:

All staff should report to their respective campus, FAC or STEM. All district personnel should
report to the district office. If

All staff will have their temperature checked using either the freestanding kiosk or a hand-held
unit at the following entrances.
FAC Campus-Staff can enter through the main entrance, Door B5, and Door D20 (cafeteria
entrance).
STEM Campus- Staff can enter through Door 1 and Door 5. All staff will have their temperature
checked using either the freestanding kiosk or a hand-held unit.

SIGN-IN & ATTENDANCE

All staff should use the following link to sign in on Monday and Tuesday:

For in-person sessions, staff will sign in on a sign-in sheet. For remote sessions, staff will type
their name in the chat. The zoom host/meeting facilitator will download the chat file to verify
attendance.
