Thank you for the copy of the latest building insurance.
With regard to the numerous communica;ons you sent over the last few days (almost 20 e-mails in the last week alone many of which with wrong, confusing or conflic;ng informa;on!) please find below a few considera;ons.
We asked for professionalism and transparency, which con;nue to be missing to date:
1. Who is really performing the internal and external works? Who is receiving payments and when?
2. Why have you unilaterally changed the scope of works originally approved, even well before this sudden and unexpected water tank con;ngency, imposing or performing works none of us agreed (TV aerial) or you had excluded (LiL), but asking for addi;onal funds? Why are you disposing of our reserve funds as if those were your own money? Sec;on 20 is there to protect lessees and it cannot be circumvented by changing works and contractors at your leisure
3. How have the works been priori;sed?
a. What is the status of the electricity and telephone wiring at the building? Does it comply with current rules and regula;ons? Can you please provide relevant cer;fica;on?
b. How is it possible that we discover such a large liability of the water tank in the middle of the works rather than before star;ng? How have you instructed the surveyor?

When you originally men;oned a TV aerial the reference was to sky satellite dish, a clear technological improvement to the current. This has now turned into a simple replacement of the exis;ng TV aerial (same technology, same service) which - as far as I know - works already for all.
