Management confidently calculate that Reserves will, after the above reductions, be
adequately funded for any works in hand and completed to date, any unforeseen contingencies, and most importantly sufficient to cover the Water Storage Tank replacement and Insurance premium.
Of course, Management's forced reductions of the intended and agreed schedules does in no way restrict lessees who might wish to club together to raise the required funds and execute some if not all of the cancelled workings themselves, on the strict understanding that those lessees who do not wish to contribute have no obligation whatsoever to do so.
Any works undertaken by lessees after midday 22nd September will not be reimbursed from Reserves under any circumstances.
Ironically, this is exactly what Management proposed two years ago. Ain't life grand?
