Electrical: In short you are aware the electrics of the commons parts of Mitre House are
outstanding for the last five years? I am surprised that you have not made everyone aware of this, and the survey and any works to be done are not happening un>l the refurbishment of internal works take place. We are 12 years behind the refurbishment and I think the electrical survey should s>ll be done as a priority.
Can we get a survey done ASAP; this would ensure that if we need to do any reHwiring work this will be done before we start any decora>ng work.
Fire: Although we have a low risk pass cer>ficate there are s>ll some outstanding recommenda>ons from the Fire Officer. These should be taken seriously and I would like to see them implemented in the building, but I understand that the 3 other directors are happy with the current fire risk situa>on.

Michele (and just now, Flat 9) H in reply to your queries of today H they are as follows: AND to everyone H THIS IS THE FINAL REPLY FROM MITRE HOUSE MANAGEMENT LIMITED as this now has to be sorted with your legal applica>on to the LVT to dismiss our authority in managing the place H you need not men>on any reason, but simply follow the required processes H further and final comment is made in answer to Flat 9's email of 20 minutes ago, all as outlined at the end of this book....
A`achment is the Fire Assess Comments H NOTE on page 1, LOW RISK..... and a new logo for your new company H green shoots .....
You asked: You did not reply to my request re alarm system .It’s a very simple ques>on .It s not a trick ques>on it’s a safety request .
the reply: (as explained in email reply from me yesterday)
Fire Regula4ons your query 6 My understanding is that Mire House does not currently conform to fire regula4ons and does not have a fire alarm system in place. (Above 2 levels this is a legal requirement and the system can be wireless). The people who are appointed to test the fire equipment in the building can confirm the above.
my reply H A full Fire Assessment Report (invoice a`ached) was carried out in February this year H one of the first Heath & Safety assessments we, as Mitre House Management Limited, undertook on behalf of the Lessees. No men>on whatsoever was made by the assessor as regards a legal requirement for an Alarm System, wifi or not. Recommenda>ons were made for Smoke Alarms in individual flats (a free service from our local Fire Brigade), plus various improvements to the security of the block, including Fire Escape Instruc>ons in 5 languages. You will, though, be pleased to know that we are not obliged to have Fire Ex>nguishers (which indeed we do have). I think you will find that your Two Storey requirement refers to a Fire Escape requirement as opposed to a wifi or whatever Fire Alarm system (which, were it installed at an amazingly high
