In the absence yet again of any acknowledgement nor reply to my letter of 18 May, I am considering this our penultimate correspondence with you over this Mrs Hillgarth affair unless of course you do put up and disprove the statutory limit of 6 months etc, which in the event would be firstly addressed by our own lawyers to confirm, and if confirmed OK, we will comply (with or without apologies for slurs made and disproved) but if not agreed to, then our lawyers would deal with the situation from there on and to include our pursuit of Mrs Hillgarth for the libels to date, breaches of lease etc
But please be aware of again mentioning that our (alleged) non compliance is in any way an attempt to delay, or hide or fraud or anything else you wish to envisage as we can 100% confirm yet again that the 10 relevant invoices pertaining to the £105,877 are to hand (and have been since 1 April as per our letter to courier over), and in perfect order and amount to £105,877 as per Reserves Utilised as stated on our YE2014 accounts dated 31 May 2015.
The other three invoices are also in order. The registered keys invoice(s) will not be made available for security reasons.
Despite your comments over costs, our time now spent to date in correspondence is 64.75 hours plus our out of pocket expenses, paper, ink, toner, couriers, copies, legal advice etc which we will pursue Mrs Hillgarth for on the strict under- standing that all costs are 100% attributed to answering the slurs, accusations and libelous innuendos initially made in your 13pp 23 March 2016 letter which we made clear in our initial responses required answering in full to totally deny.
There never was a mentioned of any costs incurred in supplying the requested paperwork (13 invoices) and in fact we had agreed, again at no cost, to include copies. All as stated in our unacknowledged offer to comply letter 1 April 2016
Any monies due from Mrs Hillgarth will not, and cannot, have any relevance to MHML, dividends etc as you yet again refer to. MHML have never ever issued a dividend to any director, including Mrs Hillgarth, since inception in August 2011.
To allay further comment as regards your petty reference to MHML’s office and business being allegedly run from my Flat (7) and, in your opinion, in breach of both our Head Lease and indeed my own lease, please note the functioning bureaux of MHML to put this particular issue to bed once and for all. As previously stated, my Flat (7) remains our postal correspondence address, with a printer and computer, like most residences in UK.
We operate bureaux in Knightsbridge and a country bureau in Dorset. Our overseas bureau is in Kandy, Sri Lanka whilst our registered office is with our Accountants, a perfectly acceptable situation common to thousands of businesses.
