Performance Management Unit

The Performance Management Unit (PMU) has been established in 2013 as part of Our Regional Office initiatives in-line with the
introduction of the Balanced Scorecard as the performance Measurement Tool for the Department.

The responsibility of Performance Management Unit is to manage the regional performance based on the set Regional Key Performance
Indicator (KPI) for Regional Office Balanced Scorecard and report the performance achievement of our office to JKR Headquarters. PMU
will also review the performance and introduce initiatives to narrow the gap of our regional achievements against the target for each KPIs.
The First set of Complete Individual Balanced Scorecard for each of the Regional Officers has been successfully prepared by Performance
Management Unit for the year 2014.

Apart from that the unit also keeps all the records of the performance and other initiatives carried out by Northern Regional Office. The
Monthly reporting including Project Progress Report, Financial Report, Human Resource Report, HSE report and QAQC report are also
prepared, compiled and submitted to JKR Headquarters by this unit.
Customer Complaints and Customer Feedback are handled by the Public Relations Executive whom will conduct Customer Satisfaction
Survey for customer feedback and responds to Customer Complaints within the stipulated time as stated in the departmental client charter.
