Quality Unit





            The Quality Unit has been established in 2013 as part of Our Regional Office initiatives to ensure that the quality of projects managed is
            acceptable to the standards based on JKR Sarawak Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

            The responsibility of Quality Unit is to manage the quality performance of projects being implemented by Northern Regioanl Office and to
            prepare and submit the report of the performance to Quality Manager in JKR Headquarters. The unit also conduct regular site inspection
            (site audit) to evaluate the quality compliance to the Quality Plan Submitted by the Contractor and prepare observation report and issue
            non conformance chit to the Project Manager for further action. Apart from that Quality Unit will conduct Monthly Quality Meeting to review
            the Quality Performance findings for all the Ongoing Projects.
