Prasarana Sempurna Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2013 by two directors and is a fully owned Bumiputera Firm. It all
began when the two started under Highway Con Enterprise as a sole proprietor company . Within the duration of
establishment of Highway Con Enterprise in 2003, the company expended their services and reorganized under the
name Highway Con Enterprise into general construction company. We executed a diverse portfolio of small and
major construction projects in all sectors especially in infrastructure.

Our clients recognized our commitment by our quality worked delivered. Its is our objectives to consistently place the
emphasis of stringent procedures on every levels of work while maintaining and ensured quality, safety and health
within the environment of work and to the environment of the society itself conducted and practiced.

We are the company that comes from experience small and medium enterprise and now are aiming our mission and
goals to thrives and looking for every opportunity to upgrading the resources, teamwork and skills in becoming one of
the names standing out in the highly progressive Construction Firm locally and internationally.

In advancing our ability Prasarana Sempurna Sdn Bhd was established and incorporated in 2013 and has registered
under Government Bodies and Private sectors to participate in the construction industry within local, federal and
private sector projects.

With persistent goals and supports by our team of managements of all levels, together with government agencies
and indirect support of communities, we are strongly gear - up becoming part of infrastructure development for the
benefits of community and the country for present and future sustainable development.
