Dato’ Ismail Bin Suut is one of the Director of Prasarana Sempur-na Sdn Bhd and
Chairman of the Company. He began his busi-ness in 2003 in general construction
with PKK F Class under a sole proprietor company. Within the duration of the
establish-ment, he has driven the company to execute a diverse portfo-lio of small
and major construction in all sectors especially in civil construction works & services.

Having strong leadership skills in governance and being result-oriented with a
positive outlook help made Prasarana Sempurna Sdn Bhd to be incorporated with
CIDB G7. The move was made to advance the company’s ability to venture and
participate in the construction industry and other possible fields of business venture.
He has received awards for his outstanding work in construction; one of which was
Sarawak Bumiputera Successful Entrepreneurs Awards in Construction/Property
Developments Category (2013) and including the Exemplary Contractor Awards
from the Ministry Of Works Malaysia in the same year.

Acknowledge for his passion in construction and to en-sure the continuity of a
dynamic progress among Bumiputera Contractors in Sarawak, he has been
appointed as Sarawak Branch President of Malay Contractor Association (PKMM )
since 2014 till this present day.
