People & Organization
• Ensure thorough handover and onboarding of new Connell Vietnam GM as well as maintain future contact as necessary/desired.
Strategy
• Review Go 2 Market strategy for Core Ingredients - Industrial (former Axxone) traditional portfolio and update if necessary
• Review Enzyme Solutions business and historic activities across CBC platform (as well as ANZ) to begin to develop strategy and milestone planning for market expansion across Connell platform and potentially new geographies/markets
Growth
• Review and update business plan and product launch details for Innotion 10 to ensure efficiency and optimum chance of success
• Wider launch of Core Ingredients - Industrial traditional product range across Connell platform including target customer profile, selling tools, product training, pricing development advice etc. communication (in line with Marketing)
• Investigate potential innovation possibilities in Enzyme Solutions untapped markets or where potential is not fully realized as yet (olive oil, wine processing, home care, I&I, brewery, others?)
Transformation
• Work closely with VP Strategic Investments and CEO to identify target acquisition options for expanding Core Ingredients/Connell branded products range
Culture
• Maintain close contact with GM group and COO to ensure progress and potential of Core Ingredients/Branded products portfolio is constantly updated and input/suggestions are collected in an ongoing fashion.
