• 100% leverage on Dynamics for pipeline review & discussions
• Active involvement in Finance task-force (Transform to an effective business partner)

• Drive topline growth: Put 2019 growth plan & regular review/action to ensure deliver of mutually agreed targets with Dow & DuPont with strong collaboration with Functional heads and GMs
People & Organization
• "Show & Learn” various tools/process to Country Portfolio team to help them manage the suppliers more efficiently & effectively
