Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Less Effortless People in Article 1 states that Less Effortless

People are every person who experiences physical, intellectual, mental, and / or pain
limitations for a long period of time who in interacting with the environment may experience

obstacles and difficulties to share fully and effectively with other nationals on an equal basis.

Underprivileged women have the same rights as other women who are not disabled. However,

they often experience discrimination because they are considered independent. To achieve

independence, they try to meet the needs and improve social skills. The lack of various job
opportunities for poor women makes them choose to work in the commercial sector even

though there are a number of underemployed women who work in the royal sector. The

existence of support, equal opportunity and space for inclusion are factors that support

women who are less likely to be empowered. Eliminating gender inequalities and disabilities

will provide great opportunities for underprivileged women to advance, be empowered and
                     work.

This study will discuss how women lack the effort to become powerful and get out of the

discrimination they experience so that they achieve success in their work, daily life and how

women lack the effort to take part in economic development, especially in the family

economy. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that enable underprivileged

women to prosper, explore the role of "social milleu" (family, friendship, community) and
                     provide support to underprivileged women.

This type of investigation is a descriptive-qualitative investigation that produces descriptive

data. In collecting data regarding the determination of respondents, the reviewer used the life

history method with narrative data analysis. The result of this investigation is that there are

other role models for women who lack other efforts to rise from the discrimination they

                     experience
