THISYEAR:
Inthescalyear2018/2019theTurningPointMHSAProgramshaveparticipatedin17CommunityColaborativeEvents throughoutNorthernTulareCounty.Wehaveprovided4communityprogram presentationswith27profesionalcommunity providersinatendance.Wehaveprovidedservicesto407communitymembersandwehavehadprovided43severely mentalyilconsumerswithFulServicePartnershipservices.Overthelastyearwehaveprovidedasistanceand colaborationtoruralcommunitybasedsitesandservicesfortheruralsocialserviceandMentalhealthcommunityproviders

ADAPTING TO COVID-19:
InresponsetotheCOVID-19pandemic,ithasbenourpolicythatacomprehensiveriskandsafetyasesmentofal workareashasbencompletedforcommunitysafety.ACVOID-19preventionplanandsafetyplanhasben developed,andtheProgram DirectoranddesigneshaveimplementedtheprotectionplaninalMHSAprograms.Al staffwereinformedandtrainedontheplanandhaveabidedbytheguidanceoutlinedintheplan.Wearemaintaining socialdistancingandprovidingtelehealthservicestoconsumersfrom theirhomes.COVID hasnegativelyimpacted staffproductivity,andhasdramaticalychangedthewayservicescanbedeliveredtothepublic.Weareopen,butthe
rontdoorsarelockedandeveryonecominginthebuildingisindividualyscrenedbytheprogram nurse,andalmost

alconsumerservicesarebeingprovidedviatelehealth,ifandwhenposible.AlMHSAprogramsandfacilitieshave instaledthefolowingsafetymeasures:SafetyPlexi-glashasbeninstaled,mandatorysafetyCVOID-19signageinal areasofthefacility,individualcontrolmeasuresandtemperaturescreningisinplaceatalfacilities,aswelas continuouscleaninganddisinfectingofalareasofconsumerorstaffcontact. eimplementationandenforcementof
