health,co-ocuringtreatment,andwithrelatedsupportservices. eFirstStretCenterFSPteam isproudto colaboratewiththeFresnoCountyProbationDepartmentandtheDepartmentofBehavioralHealthalongwithother
 roviders,tosupportclientswithreintegratingbackintothecommunitysucesfuly. eFSC-FSP program utilizesevidenced-basedmentalhealthrehabilitationinterventionsalongwithcriminogenicandwelnesand
recoveryprinciplestoachievesucesfulcommunityreintegration.Servicesincludepsychiatricevaluations,crisis response24/7,psychopharmacologicalmedication,medicationeducation,healtheducation,individualandfamily psychotherapy,educational/rehabilitation/co-ocuringgroups,social/educational/employmentskilsdevelopment, socialandrecreationalactivities,probationengagement,andintensivecasemanagement(includingadvocacyand

 eFSC-FSPProgram recordedpositiveoutcomesfor􏰀scalreportingperiod2019-2020inmultipletarget outcomes.81% ofenroledclientsrecordednoepisodesofpsychiatrichospitalizationswithatargetgoal expectancyof70%. etargetgoalforincarcerationfortheyearincludedreducingthetotalnumberofclients
arested,thefrequencyofarests,andthetotalnumberofdaysincarceratedcomparedwiththeprevious12 monthspre-enrolment. eFSC-FSPprogram metthisgoalwiththenumberofclientsarestedreducedby88%.  efrequencyofclientarestsreducedby76% anda74% reductioninthetotalnumberofincarcerationdays.

SUCCESSSTORY:
During􏰀scalyear19-20,FSC-FSPworkedtonavigatetheunprecedentedchalengesoftheCOVID-19Pandemic. BeginninginthemiddleofMarchtheprogram implementedtelephoneandtelehealthservicestocontinuetoprovide vitalmentalhealthservices. eprogram restructuredandformulatedprotocolstopracticesocialdistancingandincrease cleaninganddisinfectinginanefforttomitigatepotentialexposure. eFSC-FSPprogram hascontinuedtoadapttothe everchanginglandscapeofthe2020COVID-19Pandemic.Despitethesechalengestheprogram continuedtopilota newvoluntermentorshipopportunity.ClientM.M.startedhisjourneyintheFSPprogram likemanyothers;timid,
dreclusive.However,afterroughly5monthsofpracticingcommunicationandadoptingnewcopingskilsto managehismentalhealthsymptoms.M.M.begantoshowrealgrowthinhisabilitytocommunicateasertivelyand
con􏰀dently.M.M.waspresentedwiththeopportunitytopilotthegroupvoluntermentorshipproject. rough mentorshipM.M.becameamajorsupportandrolemodelforhispers.Heasistedthegroupfacilitatorinencouraging otherstoparticipate,checkedinonclientswhosemedquietandtimidlikehewaswhenhe􏰀rststarted,andgave
constructivefedbacktothosewhoasked.Hismentorshiphelpedsolidifyhiscommitmenttoarenewedlife.
