THISYEAR:
Stasishashadmuchprogresthroughtheyear.Forcrisisandinterventionhospitalizationsoutof34clientsfortheyear, only6(17%)ofthem hadacrisiswherehospitalizationwasneded.Stasishasamedicationmonitoringsystem thathelps theresidentremembertotaketheirmediationsasprescribedandatpreferedtimes.Medicationmonitoringisoneofthe
mainlifeskilsinhelpingtheclientstoremainstable.BeforeCOVID-19,Stasisactivitieshelpedwithengagementand socializationamongstparticipants.Outof34clientsserved,100% hadparticipatedinsocialactivities. eseactivities

reaseisolation,improvesself-estem,andhelpstheclientsbuildfriendshipsandpersupport.Stasishasal residentstakeaSatisfactionSurveyattheendoftheyear. isiswheretheycanvoicetheiropinionsandsatisfactionwith program anonymously.Outof34clientsserved,24(70%)oftheclientsreturnedthesurveyandwereansweredwithGood
orExcelentfor“qualityofoveralservice”.Outofthe34residentsthatwereserved,28oftheresidentsstayedinthe program and5ofthem wenttoapermanentdestinationwithalowerlevelofcare.
ADPTING TO COVID-19:
StasishasadaptedtotheCOVID-19crisisinanappropriatemanner.UponhearingthenewsandguidelinesStasis immediatelymadesigns,wroteupmemosandadvisedeveryresidentwhatwashappeningandhowtheywilnedtokep safeuntilfurthernotice.StasispurchasedPPE’sforstaffandresidents,andevenwhentheresemedtobenothingleft, staffwasabletobediligentinlookingandndingPPE’s.Staffencouragesandeducatesalresidentsdaily.Residentsknow
thattheycanalwayscomeuptotheofficewindowandreceiveasistance.SinceCOVID,theprogram hasstoppedal

.Residentsusetheofficecelphoneifneded,andcomeintotheofficeforemergencies andtousetheartsandcraftsthatStasisprovides.Someresidentshaveadaptedwelandhavealsokeptthemselvesbusyby growingagarden,plantsortakingwalks.Residentsknowthattheycanalwayscomeandtalktostaffaboutwhateverthey
