The author, Angeli Jagota, is a versatile Yoga professional, certified
Fertility Yoga trainer, renowned Holistic Innovator, Life Trainer,
Wellness Counsellor, Soul Philosopher and a certified Kids Yoga
specialist. For her unique women empowerment initiatives such as Soul
Mapping and Fertility Yoga, she is often lovingly addressed as 'Eve-
Angelist'.
Angeli simplifies problem-solving in life's day today situations - across
genders, across age groups, across nationalities, across social statuses,
across faiths, across all discriminatory boundaries drawn by man.
An avid Yogi herself, the dynamic Angeli, has, through her strict health
regimen and an absolute devotion to practicing holistic modalities herself,
treating her body as a temple, has successfully exhibited the advantages of
practicing a daily fitness time table combining exercise routines and
practices to hone and tone her body, mind and soul. The radiance on her
as yet cherubic face and the untold energy in discharging all her daily
activities has led her peers and contemporaries to term her an otherworldly
