But sex isn’t what the modern culture has made it to be - a frenetic
exercise at stimulating the pleasure centres in our brain, a phenomenon
which we call in common parlance as orgasm or the crest of sexual
pleasure.
Infact I would go on to label this definition of sex as merely a mechanical
reproductive fluid exchange because sex, as it is meant to be, is about an
emotional, mental and spiritual union in which physicality plays only a
seminal role, although an important one at that. In my own journey of
giving birth to three healthy children I realized that sex is as much about
ejaculation and ovulation as it is about meditation and procreation. Sex
