2019 Annual Conference Meeting
April 6, 2019

1st: The Host church was called to order by the Walnut Grove
Assistant Moderator, Elder Doyle Keeton.

2nd: By a motion and second, Elder Jimmy Guess was
selected as the Conference Meeting Moderator and Deacon
Lowell Keeton was selected as the Conference meeting Clerk.

3rd: The Messengers from the First District Churches of Samaria,
South Fork, and Walnut Grove were recognized and each
messenger asked for a seat with the Conference Meeting.

4th: By a motion and a second, without objection; the Messengers
from the First District Churches of Samaria, South Fork, and
Walnut Grove were seated with the Conference Meeting.

5th: The Letters from each of the First District Churches were called
for and read by a representative from each church.

6th: By a motion and a second, without objection; the Letters from
the First District Churches of Samaria, South Fork, and Walnut
Grove were accepted as read.

7th: The Walnut Grove Church made a request to host the 2020
Annual Association, which will be the Bicentennial or 200th
session of the Burning Springs Annual Association. By a motion
and second; without objection, the request will be forwarded
onto the 2019 Annual Association Delegation for approval.

8th: There was no further unfinished Conference Meeting business.

9th: The Conference Meeting Clerk read the minutes of the meeting.

10th: By a motion and a second; without objection, the Conference
Meeting Minutes were accepted as read.

11th: By a motion and a second; without objection, the Conference
Meeting was dismissed from its working capacity for the day.

12th: The service was returned to the Host Church.

Done and signed by an order of the Conference meeting, April 6, 2019
at the Walnut Grove Church of the Burning Springs Association.
