1 Meeting called to order by the moderator, Elder Jerry
Brown.

2 : Delegate Roll called by the Clerk, marking those present
and excusing those that were absent.

3 : Moderator called for new Correspondents that had not
been seated. All visiting correspondents in attendance
were seated.

4 : Association delegates selected Elder Doyle Keeton from
the Samaria Church to take the stand on Sunday morning
as an Elder from the Burning Springs Association.

5 : Elder Louie Howard from the White Oak Grove Church was
selected by the delegation as the Alternate for the 2020
Burning Springs Association. Elder Louie Howard will serve
as the Alternate for Elder Robie Brown . Elder Louie How-
ard will preach the Opening sermon for the 2020 Associa-
tion. Elder Robie Brown will preach the Introductory ser-
mon for the 2020 Association since he was the Alternate
for the 2019 Association.

6 : The Committee on Arrangements work was reported by
the Clerk and accepted as read by a motion and a second;
without objection after a date correction and clarification
concerning the invitation of visiting Elders to the Annual
Conference Meeting.

7 : By a motion and second, without objection, the Com-
mittee on Arrangements was dismissed.

8 : The letters of correspondence to sister associations were
called for by the moderator and approved.
