8 : By a motion and second, without objection, the Moderator
was appointed to make all temporary arrangements.

9 : The Clerk was charged with the responsibility of supervising
the printing of the Association minutes. The delegation
decided to order 500 copies of the minutes.

10 : A Committee on Arrangements was appointed to meet after
