3 : Roll of the delegates was called. Most delegates were
present. By a motion and a second the delegates were seated
and excused those that were absence.

4 : The delegates cast their ballots for the Burning Springs
Association Officers. Elder Jerry Howard served as the Mod-
erator Pro-Temp while the ballots were cast and counted.
Elder Jerry Brown was elected to serve as Moderator, Elder
Emerson Montgomery was elected to serve as Assistant Mod-
erator, Deacon Lowell Cantrell was elected to serve as Clerk,
and Deacon Roby Gullett was elected to serve as Assistant
Clerk. The Moderator assumed the chair of the meeting.

5 : The letter from the Annual Conference Meeting, which was
hosted by the Walnut Grove Church, was read. The letter was
accepted as read by a motion and a second without objection.
The delegation also approved the request from the Walnut
Grove Church to host the 2020 Annual Association meeting.
The motion was passed by a motion and a second, without
objection.

6 : The moderator called for new petitionary letters from any
churches that want to join the Burning Springs Association.
There were none.

7 : The moderator asked if there were any Correspondents from
Corresponding Associations that would like to Letter Up with
the Burning Springs Association. Elder David Gambill from the
Sandlick of Kentucky Association brought forth and read a
Letter of Correspondence.
Correspondents from the remaining Sister Associations intro-
duced themselves and asked to have a seat. Elders from all
Corresponding Sister Associations had been introduced during
the morning session. By a motion and a second; without ob-
jection, all Correspondents and Visiting Elders were seated.
