1 : Called to order by the Assistant Moderator, Elder Emerson
Montgomery.

2 : Clerk called roll, all the delegates of the Committee on
Arrangements were present.

3 : Committee reviewed the remaining letters of sister churches
and found everything in order. By a motion and second
without objection, the remaining church letters were
accepted .

4 : Recommendation by motion and second, without objection
that the Bear Branch Church host the 2020 Annual
Conference Meeting on April 17, 18, & 19, 2020 at the Bear
Branch Church building.

5 : Financial report was read and approved with a motion and a
second, without objection.

6 : Accepted the business from the morning session without any
further discussion. Walnut Grove will host the 2020 Annual
Association Meeting and future Association Meetings will
begin at 10:00 am.

7 : Extended Invitation to all Corresponding Elders to attend the
Annual Conference Meeting and recommended the Clerk
identify each Sister Association Moderator and Assistant
Moderator in the minutes to ask for their attendance or an
alternate if they were unable too attend.

8 : By a motion and second the Committee on Arrangement
Meeting was adjourned.
