8.4 The Budget Unit must also prepare the Statement of Appropriation, Allotment
Obligations and Balances Report to be submitted to the University President

9. This Executive Order supersedes and revokes previous issuances deemed
inconsistent hereto. It shall take effect immediately and shall remain in effect unless
terminated/revoked by competent authority.
