OFFENSES
4.18.1. Non-performance of any of the prescribed functions and contractual obligations.

4.18.2. Tandiness/absences without justification, part from sickness, beyond 10% of
meetings of the faculty during the semester.

4.18.3. Repeated and unjustified failure to submit grades and other required documents with
deadlines.

4.18.4. Non-attendance in University/ Department meetings and other official activities with
good and valid reason.

4.18.6. Inflicting bodily injury on a faculty member or administrative personnel or a student
