FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

As a Co-Founder, Mr. Yedidsion is involved in the creation of the organizational strategy and implementation of its growth and
development efforts.

He has been involved in the real estate investment and development arena since 1988, where his firm, 21st Century Development,
Inc. was involved in the acquisition, subdivision, and sale of planned unit developments in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Mr. Yedidsion
was also the Founder and CEO of Ecoplast and Envision Plastics, a leading plastics compounding and recycled resins manufacturer,
with plants across the U.S. After acquiring multiple businesses in this arena during his 21 years of ownership, he sold the collection
to a division of Bain Capital.

Mr. Yedidsion is a graduate of California State University, Northridge School of Business, with a specialty degree in Marketing, and

holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license.

MIKE MCCORMICK

PROJECT PARTNER

Mr. McCormick is a Partner and co-owner of the firm’s affiliated general contractor McCormick Evolution alongside Mr. Pratt. He joined
the company in 1981 and has since played a key role in its growth, leveraging the experience and track record of parent company
McCormick Construction to build a reputation of best-in-class service for which it is known today.

Mr. McCormick provides development and construction management expertise on complex, large-scale projects across multifamily,
mixed-use, commercial, industrial, hospitality, entertainment, technology, and healthcare sectors. He has been involved in constructed
projects for well-known names, including Viacom, General Motors, Lockheed Martin, Saint John’s Hospital, Sheraton, Marriott, Nordstrom,
Neutrogena, USC, The Walt Disney Company, and Warner Bros.
