Benny‘s arm ―accidentally‖ knocks over a light, which falls to the floor with a loud crash.

                                                           BENNY
Oopsh! Oh my God. I‘m so sorry.

                                                           NORM
Jesus Christ! (To Ken. Softer.) I can't work like this.

                                                            KEN
(Leaping up) Okay. Everyone take a breath. (To Goodhouse) Easy fix. Norm, Mr. Goodhouse, why
don't you catch a cup of coffee. Benny, can we talk? (Ushering him aside)

                                                           NORM
(Half aside) Coulda' got you Dennis James. (They exit)

                                                            KEN
(Pulling Benny aside) Can I be frank?

                                                           BENNY
        Thought you were Ken.

                                                            KEN
Ha. That's good. Listen. No one appreciates what you've accomplished in this business more than
        me. I‘m a fan. Really.

                                                           BENNY
        ―But…?‖

                                                            KEN
All I'm asking is you read the lines, go home, cash the check. Can you do that?

                                                           BENNY
I‘m just tryin‘ to- (Catches himself) Of course. Please tell Norm I apologize.

                                                            KEN
        Absolutely. Will you excuse me?
