It turns out that electromagnetic radiation can be described in terms of the
cavitation theory. In this connection, I would like to ask the question: can some problems
that are still not solved in communications and telecommunications be solved for radio
emissions (usually we say for radio waves)? For example, the radio communication
between two submarines - this is not an idle - is still an unsolved issue; The second
example is that when a radio signal from a transmitter is transmitted through the
airspace, say between the earth and a satellite, some of the spherical layers of the
atmosphere act as a reflecting screen, say the ionosphere, the stratosphere, that is, from
the radio transmitter, the transmitted signal is reflected from this the screen goes further
to the receiver, and thus, because of this, the radio pulse is weakened, sometimes even
disappears, what can cavitation bring to solve at least these two communication
problems?
ANSWER:
Let us begin with the answer to this difficult question, from which particle, more
precisely - EP, is responsible for the realization of radio emission in the described
situations, and, in general, EP or wave? In particular, recently, laser equipment has
begun to be used in communication technologies and in telecommunication systems.
Therefore, we still give an answer regarding the case of transmission-reception of a radio

broadcasting, and this will gradually supersede the wave method of transmitting signals.
Thus, it is very likely that the radio transmission process will be carried out in the form

(EMW). A photon, like other directionally moving particles, must always be surrounded
by its own field. Therefore, we assume that there is a way to create such a “modulated”
radio transmitter with a programmable super-power, based on the cavitation effect with
participation of cavitions of type ci1. Even if we are talking about the traditional method
of radio transmission, then in this case, choosing the appropriate high-frequency range
with a suitable amplitude, there is a chance to break the trend for radio emission and
solve the problem. Consequently, cavition of type ci1 plus field - ci1↑fi (field) can
overcome many types of obstacles, including deep dense layers of water, different layers
