of air space from the above mentioned issue, such as the ionosphere, stratosphere,
keeping radio emissions in a chosen direction. Thus, in this matter, the main point is to
assign an elementary particle that transmits and delivers radio emission to the receiver,
that is, an EP with an exciting field phenomenon. Whether it is an electron, a photon, a
neutrino or some other EP (namely, which one? – this is my question). It remains to add:
as you know, to this day there is no universally accepted explanation by all physicists of
the causes of EMW generation, although they are used by everyone, not even physicists-
signalmen, climatologists, chemists, etc. In the next paragraphs we intend to give our
                  own vision regarding these reasons.

5.4 Who will deny the explosive nature of the electromagnetic wave?!

It can be seen from the previous subparagraph that the phenomenon and the process
of cavitation are ordered a place in modern communication technologies and in
promising telecommunication systems. Before we start discussing this extremely
important question, from the standpoint of the theory of cavitation we must try to answer
the question that has been waiting for an answer for a long time - from time immemorial:
“What is the nature of electromagnetic waves, and therefore, the phenomena of
electromagnetism?”. There may have been attempts to answer this question at different
stages of the development of physical science, but at the same time, it is known that not
all physicists have accepted such attempts, in short, we can state the presence of a “blank
spot” around this question, although these concepts are in scientific use has been around
for two or three centuries, if the chronology is counted from the works of Ampere,
                  Coulomb, Faraday and Maxwell.
Again, we must bitterly repeat: how could you not notice the absence of a reason
for the generation of EMW, EMF and the appearance of EM. In other words, they have

dealt with the consequences so far, without finding out the true cause that generates these
phenomena. For example [87, p. 59], the authors of this manual either emit EMW from
EMF or EMF generate from EMW. Thus, the definition turns into a vicious circle,
without identifying the causes of these phenomena.
Electricity or light are just their sources, but the cause of EMW and EM are
cavitation microexplosions of bubbles in the form of a repeating string of continuously
                  forming-collapsing cavitions-electrons of the ci1 type of the phenomenon “HF-POM -
High-frequency pulsating oscillatory motion” (we called this phenomenon in paragraphs
1.2.1 and 2.4 in the Kazakh part of the manual and in paragraph 1.2.1 in the Russian part
                  of the manual!).
Indeed, an electron, having turned into a cavition of type ci1, generates a field of
EMW, i.e. forms the concept of EM, since there is no just an electric field, but a pair
concept is certainly generated, apparently due to the principle of dualism. And in turn,
magnetism arises from the EMF, in other words, a magnet. A logical question arises
here: what, naturally occurring in the finished form magnesium, magnets, ferromagnets,
etc. occurred without electricity? I would answer this question as follows: the
                                                                 289
