OF G OVERNORS
The College of Law Board of Governors ensures that management maintains the highest level of
corporate ethics.
The College’s governing body is the Board of Governors. In accordance with the College’s Constitution and
Corporate Governance Charter, the Board is responsible for the overall corporate governance and successful
operations of the College. Accordingly, the Board has ultimate responsibility for College courses.
