               7.     PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY COVER

                      •   Submitted Quarterly Return (can be downloaded from the PIS website
                          after logging into the Members’ Zone of the Law Society website at
                          www.hklawsoc.org.hk) to ESSAR on or before the last day of
                          December, March, June and September of each year for declaring the
                          number of staff and their movements during a quarter?
                      •   Submitted Application for Indemnity and Gross Fee Income Report
                          [signed by a certified public accountant (practising)] - both can be
                          downloaded from the PIS website after logging into the Members’ Zone of
                          the Law Society website at www.hklawsoc.org.hk - to ESSAR on or
                          before 15 August of each year for the purpose of indemnity renewal?
                      •   Paid the PIS contributions on or before 30 September of each year for
                          the purpose of indemnity renewal?
                      •   Submitted Claims Report Form (can be downloaded from the PIS website
                          after logging into the Members’ Zone of the Law Society website at
                          www.hklawsoc.org.hk) to ESSAR as soon as practicable if a claim is
                          made by a third party against you or the third party has threatened to
                          make such a claim?
