Environmental Review

On average, there are two staff in Cavill’s office during workdays. The office windows are typically closed throughout
the week, and there is a Mitsubishi air-conditioning system operates during working hours. The Environmental
Sustainability team could not determine the exact model of the air-conditioner installed in the office. We assumed
that a Mitsubishi’s PE-7 model’s power consumed has a typical hourly power consumption of 17.9 kW (see Table 1).
We found that the PE-7 model is a commonly used system in offices.
