The main problem identified from our environmental review was an undesired power wastage at Cavill, which leads
to unwarranted levels of CO emission via electricity consumption. As a result of leaving the air-conditioner running

during lunch and the two tea-break sessions daily.
The lunch and tea-break sessions duration are one hour and half an hour respectively, or a total of two hours of
power per weekday (see Table 2). Based on the typical power consumption of 17.9 kW, the undesired wastage
translates to 2 h x 17.9 kW = 35.8 kWh each workday.
