Information about the methods of payment:

• We collect the moving fee right after the job is done

• We ONLY accept credit card and cash for payment for moving services. We do
not accept e-transfer, cheque or any other methods of payment other than credit

card and cash.
• The method of payment for the first 200.00 will be cash in all moves.

• For the rest, you may pay either cash or credit card.

• In case of using a credit card at the end of the move, we need to verify your
credit card with a picture ID

• We use the Square application for our credit card payments. Therefore, we need

the following information to be provided on the phone for our office to process
payment.
▪ Credit card number

▪ Expiry date

▪ The verification codes
▪ Email address to send your receipt right after the transaction is
approved

• GST: 5% on the top of the total price. We apply GST to all kinds of

payment EITHER CASH OR CREDIT CARD.
• Your invoice for the move will be provided only upon receipt of full payment for

the services rendered and not prior to payment.

More information about this agreement

• MVM MOVING AND STORAGE (DBA: METRO VANCOUVER MOVERS) will be
present at the pick-up location in a timely manner and according to mutual
agreement with MR. JONATHAN KICK on Sunday, February 2, 2020
• The Company does not bear any responsibility for any damages inflicted by the
Customer or any parties associated therewith.
