• MR. JONATHAN KICK understands this Agreement covers the transfer of
household goods and household goods only from the pick-up address provided
at the top of this Contract.
• MR. JONATHAN KICK does not hold the moving company liable in case of any
damages resulting from inappropriate packaging or the packing of non allowable
items (such as hazardous materials and perishables) or the handling of items by
the Customer.
• Before the movers leave your current place, please check all your current place
to make sure there is no items left behind and ask the movers to move them
before you leave your current place.
• Before the movers leave you either your current place or your destination, please
make sure they DO NOT have your elevator key, or any other key of your old or
new place.

• Our company keep the right of leaving your move IF the elevator is NOT
booked either at your current or destination or our clients do not provide a
legal parking spot.
• Any fee for parking will be paid by our moving company during the job and
will be on our client’s final bill.

Information about damage on property or items:

• MVM Moving and storage agrees on repair or reimburse on any damages either
on property or belongings of Client MR. JONATHAN KICK up to 1200.00

• Please remember, any damages occurs during the process of move should be
reported directly to the office of MVM Moving and storage through

metrovanmovers@gmail.com by the picture BEFORE the team of movers leaves
your place. After that, the moving company will be working on any damage either

by its own team or reimburse up to the maximum amount of 1200.00 . Please
remember, the moving company is not responsible for any damages reported

after the team of moving leave your place.
• MR. JONATHAN KICK understands any damage(s) that are pre-existing and

may magnify when moved or new that may have occurred through the duration of

the move by any employee of our moving company are NOT subject to any
further inquiries or compensation.
