2 With to top plate close make 11 runs making head and tail cuts. yielding 100 gallons of 65% abv. (140 proof).
5 Barrel age. to Bottle. diute whiskey to 40% abv.
Note: It would be very interesting to taste a whiskey that has been double distilled and a whiskey that was produced using single pass.
