By joining a community, participants receive notifications on related topics, are invited to take part in community meetings, have the opportunity to network with peers, and discuss current trends, problems and solutions.

PACA offers education, training and certification opportunities for employees at every level. Producer and associate members can take advantage of discounted rates on internationally recognized certifications such
as those offered by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) or American Concrete Institute (ACI), which are facilitated by PACA staff. Members also have access to a nationwide pool of resources for promotion, market development, safety and continuing education through various publications.
