Military Provost Guard Service. All military staff have
continued to build on their subject matter expertise and
have become training requirement masters, applying
their considerable personal attributes to ensure success.
The team is superbly supported by our two Civil Servants,
John Middleton and Sam Banda; they help keep the

military staff on track and in good spirits through a
combination of vast reserves of knowledge, information
technology wizardry, down to earth advice and healthy,
             regular doses of good humour.
             Recent Projects
As ever, the team has been entrusted with a wide variety
of projects from all four Branches. The Royal Military
Police has focused on development of requirements
for Trade Training, resulting in all 15 courses being
re-written. Subsequent work into 2019 will see similar
completion of eight courses for Military Provost Staff.

This is in addition to supporting Royal Military Police
incorporation of the Battle Craft Syllabus into Unit
training. The Staff and Personnel Support analysts await

the outcome of the Personnel Support Transformation
Programme, but have been busy undertaking the
evaluation of training for a wide variety of Staff and

Personnel Support and Army Welfare Service roles; even
as both analysts transition to resettlement. Work to The Team. Standing: Damion Maddock, Sam Banda, Ian McLeish,
