             The Branch Narrative – ‘Aligning the Branch towards our
             continued success’, appears to have been well received
             and I have been delighted to see the innovative ways
             that the six R’s (Role, Relevance, Resources, Reputation,
             Reporting and Recognition) have been used across many
             areas of the Branch to get my message across. Our role
             remains, as it always has been, to deliver Personnel
             Administration capability as required in support of the
             Army within single Service and Joint environments.
             However, there is much more that can hopefully be
