SBA Delivery - FTMC
The FTMC provides trg in DSAT concepts to
all Aviation Trg Managers and course design-
ers as is mandated for all trg managers via
JSP 8222. It results in the FTMC JPA compe-
tency, equal to the DSAT(M) compulsory com-
petency. Student ranks historically range from
Air Cdre to Sgt. Bespoke courses have been
delivered outside the normal programme on request to aviation
and non-aviation trg managers.
