SPECIAL REQUESTS
Something you need for your vacation home? We’ve tried to prepare everything just right for your arrival, but if your vacation home needs additional pots, pans, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender, light bulbs, A/C filters, mattress pads or pillows, please call or stop by our Housekeeping Department, located downstairs at our office, and we will be happy to assist you.
CONDO INFORMATION
If you are staying in one of our condominiums, your family or friends will be given parking passes or gate cards to gain admittance through the security gate. Most condos have a maximum number of cars allowed due to parking restrictions. Some condos require swim bands that must be used at the pool and to be re-admitted from the beach. If lost, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the passes, gate cards or swim pins. We apologize for the inconvenience, but these items are necessary to keep the condominium areas secure for our guests.
OFF-SEASON & WINTER VACATION HOME RENTALS
Looking for an extended stay at the beach? We have many properties in our vacation rental program that are available for monthly rentals during the winter and spring with greatly discounted rates. For availability and more information please give us a call at 252-354- 6149.
WHILE YOU’RE HERE
WIFI ACCESS
You can surf at the beach in more ways than one! The majority of our homes provide complimentary wireless Internet access. You can surf the web while relaxing by the beach, sitting on your deck, or in the comfort of your vacation home. (See page 11 for access help.) We also offer complimentary wifi connection at our office.
TELEPHONES
Most of our vacation properties are equipped with telephones for your convenience, long- distance service in some vacation homes is not provided. If your vacation home has a
long-distance block, you can still call long- distance by using a calling card or calling the operator and using a credit card.
MESSAGES, MAIL, FAX
Telephone messages may be received through our office; however, only emergency messages will be delivered. Please check our office for pickup. Faxes may be sent and received via our office at 252-354-2355 for a nominal fee per page. Emerald Isle Realty shall not be held responsible for messages, faxes, lost/not received mail or for guest notification.
LINEN & BEDDING SERVICE
If you need assistance with your linens or need replacements for any reason, please contact Island Essentials directly during normal office hours. Should you need assistance after hours, please call 252-354-8887 and leave a detailed message. Your call will be returned. Be sure to include your name, telephone number, address where you are staying and property name. Please allow up to 30 minutes response time.
