the floor of the nearest bathroom. If your beds were not made upon arrival, please remove linens from all beds and place in the duffel bag provided and set the bag by the front door. Please do not remove mattress pads, comforters, bedspreads or pillow shams from beds. All rental items (cribs, high chairs, etc.) should be placed inside the front door and ready for pickup by 9:00 AM, with the exception of outdoor beach gear, which should be placed under the house for pickup.
LOST AND FOUND
"We left our favorite teddy bear behind!" Although we cannot be held responsible for items left behind, we know many lost items are very special and do make every effort to locate and return them to you. Lost items should be reported on chargerback.com, or you can refer to the link on our website under Guest Services, Lost & Found. Once you’ve provided the necessary information, items found will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after 30 days.
COMING BACK NEXT YEAR?
We gladly accept pre-bookings for the same week next year. During your vacation we will send you an email three days prior to your departure giving you the ability to rebook online. Should you decide to reserve a different vacation home for next year, we would be happy to place you on a wait list. Our Vacation Planners are happy to assist you with securing your future vacation plans. Simply call 866-381-2951. We appreciate all of our rental families and wish to give your reservation for the following year all the attention it deserves.

   MAKE IT A BREEZE
CHECKOUT
⭘ Remove all food from refrigerator.
⭘ Wash and rinse dishes, pots, pans and
utensils and return to proper place.
⭘ Take out trash and recyclables.
⭘ As a courtesy to the next arriving guest, please clean gas and charcoal grill grates.
⭘ If you have both sides of a duplex,
be sure you return all items (especially kitchen supplies) to the proper
rental property.
⭘ Furniture should never be rearranged.
⭘ Return all keys (condo guests, please return parking passes, gate cards and swim bands) to our office. There will be a charge for any lost gate/key cards ($25-50), parking passes ($25), swim bands/passes ($10-15) or keys ($5).
⭘ Close and lock all windows and doors (for security and possible inclement weather), and leave the thermostat at 74 degrees (air conditioner) or 55 degrees (heat).
⭘ Before leaving, be sure to inspect each room for personal belongings that may have been left behind.
⭘ Each vacation home will be inspected, cleaned and sanitized after every departure. Guests may be billed for any extraordinary cleaning needed, intentional property damage or missing items that are reported to our office by the housekeeping teams.
