Steps 1. First, we make topping material: Mix
the grated coconut and salt, mix well.
Steams for about 15 minutes, remove, and
set aside.
2. Second, mix cassava, gelatin, sugar, and
salt. Stir well.
3. Third, pour the coconut milk, stir until
well blended.
4. Fourth, enter jackfruit and stir.
5. Fifth, rub mold with cooking oil, pour
the batter into the mold.
6. Next, heat the steamer, steam over
medium heat for 30 minutes until cooked.
7. And than lift, remove it from the mold.
8. Finally, serve with a sprinkling of
grated coconut on it.
