                                                           target these as priority 1 accounts in Q4.

                                                                                                         the process down into 4 steps, spread over 4 emails
                                                                                                         and 8 actionable.
                                                                                                                            3                             The CSMs will send 1 email per week to their
                                                                                                                                                          accounts to drive engagement & completion along
                                                                                                                                                          with scaled interventions i.e. WorkIn’s or Webinar’s.
