               Hello Paul and Allyson,

               You have recently applied to the Pueblo Estrella architectural review committee to add an access gate
               through your eastern wall to allow access to the Houghton road footpath.

               As this a common wall with the HOA, in order to facilitate the modification, you will need to accept
               liability for the maintenance of your lot’s segment of the wall from completion of the gate into the
               future.

               Any damages to the wall during the construction phase will be the responsibility of both yourself and
               the contracted workers.

               You will be required to make certain that the modification will not weaken any portion of the remaining
               common wall outside of your lot where the HOA and your neighbors have responsibility.

               At any time in the future if you convey the ownership of the lot to any party it will be necessary to
               include the maintenance requirement in the sales records.

               Please sign and return this agreement for wall maintenance so that the ARC can approve the request
               before starting the work.
