PUEBLO ESTRELLA MEETING MINUTES
November 10, 2020 – Executive Meeting
David Vitkus called meeting to order at 7:56 pm.
Approval of Minutes
Minutes reviewed, David Vitkus moved to approve, Tamara Dillon 2 and all approved.

Delinquencies
Richard Lyman of Cornerstone Communities reviewed the current delinquencies. There was
also a review of the current collection status from the attorney
New Business
Carol mentioned that the southern entry light was not staying on. Richard Lyman of
Cornerstone Communities said he would service the light and change the solar panel
location due to the tree growing on the corner lot blocking most of the light.
A request was made to determine if the City would allow dumpsters for spring pickup.
