local ingredients, the really cool Avecita restaurant that is known as the ‘restaurant within a restaurant’, featuring reserved seats at their dining counter and a nightly tasting menu, and this writer’s absolute favourite, Coccoloba, a restaurant that’s so near the beach you can smell the sea air along with the delicious aromas that come from the kitchen!
Happy hour here, overlooking the perfect blue ocean, is very happy indeed.
