Island Naturals’ coffee has quite an on-island following
Island Naturals Café is a way of life for many people on island looking for tasty, healthy options, the perfect spot to pop in for a coffee before work or a fresh and filling wrap or bowl for lunch.
Its main focus is on healthy, quick, delicious and convenient food options, serving organic coffee, gluten-free baked goods and an extensive choice of fresh smoothies made from fresh fruit, organic superfoods and clean greens and proteins. Then there are the amazing wraps (the Samosa is full of delicious curried peas, potatoes and onions), soups including lentil and black bean and creamy pumpkin, bowls filled with delights such as their mango chipotle curry and super fruit parfaits. Enjoy gluten free pasta dishes, Greek Buddha bowls and Pad Thai salad bowls as well. A popular choice with the younger crowd is their Acai bowls for breakfast. All acai bowls start with granola, then for the Super, they add Goji berries, cacao nibs
and coconut flakes, the Fruity has blueberries, strawberries and banana and the Caribbean banana, pineapple and coconut flakes. Delicious!
A word about their coffee, which has quite an island-wide following now. Island Naturals have an exclusivity on the
island for their coffee, which is custom roasted that they have personally developed, encompassing some of the rarest five per cent of coffee in the world, a single origin from Brazil. The coffee comes from the first farm in the world to receive a level A certification from the Rainforest Alliance which means it’s not only great tasting but it’s also great for the environment and the people who farm it.
Island Naturals Café is open seven days a week and on holidays and they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served up by friendly welcoming staff who you will get to know once you start visiting there on a regular basis!.
