Towards the end of writing this book, I was asked to help a small business in Australia. It was a good business and financially doing well. The main issue was that the owners had become slaves, time-wise, to their creation due to the lack of systems, human resources, solid accounting and good data. A draft of this book provided me the tools to quickly and simply explain why these issues were happening and put in place a simple plan to make a huge difference to their lives and their business. It reinforced that there is such a need for my Paulisms in small businesses everywhere.
